The European Federation for Retirement Provision is the organisation which represents occupational/supplementary pension plans throughout the European Union and is recognised as such by the European Institutions.
The federation was established in 1981 and developed from national associations who in turn represent company sponsored and industry-wide supplementary pension plans.
In recent years EFRP opened its membership to individual companies such as financial institutions and multinational employers through the creation of a Supporters’ Circle. This sponsorship gives individual companies the possibility to keep a closer eye on the most recent European occupational pension developments.
On this web site you will find information concerning the EFRP, its Members and the benefits of the EFRP Supporters’ Circle, some basic occupational pension fund statistics, the latest press information and special events organised or supported by the EFRP, information on EFRP and/or pensions related publications as well as some interesting links to related web pages.
